Frequently Asked Question

Question:
Why is man's number 666 and God's number 7, while they say Jesus's number is 8?

Answer:
As you say the number 7 is supposed to be a perfect number and therefore is the number for God. The number 6 is supposed to be an imperfect number. The number 666 would be imperfect, imperfect, imperfect, which may merely mean that man is sinful and incomplete without God. The number eight is supposed to mean a new beginning and therefore some associate it with Jesus, though the Bible does not do so.
